Let me tell you this... Don't let anyone rush you when you are grieving. These might be the stages in grief but I bet you won't go through them in order. You flow back and forth like river. One day you will be in denial, the next day you will be in acceptance. No one should tell you you're grieving wrong,or to slow. Everyone is diferent. There will be good days and bad days. After a while, you won't always be thinking about your lost loved one all the time. Then something will be said and they pop into your head. Don't feel guilty when you don't always think of them. They don't want you to be sad. When you do think of them, think of the good times. Think of the times when you were laughing together. Don't think about the what ifs. Thinking about what could have been will only make you more sad. Think about the people you still have. Think about everyone who was there for you as you went through this. I promise you, you're not alone. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
God Has a plan for you. What you are going through right now, big or small. Someday your struggle will make a diferance.
Thanks for tuning in!
